Band Camp is 1 week away! Please make sure you read below to stay up to date on camp.
Band Camp Schedule
Monday, Aug 18th
9am - Leadership Only
10:30am-12pm - Rookies + Leadership
12pm - Rookie + Leadership Provided Lunch
1-5pm All Members
5pm Mandatory Parent Info Meeting @ HBHS Band Room
Tuesday, Aug 19th
9am-1:30pm Rehearsal
1:30-2:30pm Lunch Break
2:30-5:30pm Rehearsal
5:30-6:30 Dinner Break
6:30-9pm Rehearsal
*Band freshman should attend registration on Tuesday @ 8am. They can then join the band once they are done. The school is aware they will be coming that morning regardless of last name.
Wednesday, Aug 20th
9am-1:30pm Rehearsal
1:30-2:30pm Lunch Break
2:30-5pm Rehearsal
Thursday, Aug 21st
9am-1:30pm Rehearsal
1:30-2:30pm Lunch Break
2:30-5pm Rehearsal
*Band freshman will attend freshman orientation and then join the band once they are done.

Review the 2025-2026 Oiler Marching Band Handbook.
Complete the Registration Forms at the end of the handbook.
If your student was not in band last year, please make sure you have communicated with me that your student will be participating in band camp and band at: afloyd@hbuhsd.edu
Make sure your student is already starting to hydrate and eat well in preparation for band camp.
Make sure your student had a large water bottle, athletic clothing, and sun protection ready to go for band camp.

*Remember that every student needs to have a physical completed. Please do not wait to get this done. The earlier the better!
