The HBHS Jazz Bands are active in the Winter/Spring Season from January through June. Jazz Band is open to anyone and placement is decided by audition. 

Jazz Big Band is our advanced competition Jazz Band, which participates in Showcases and Workshops from January-June. Jazz Lab Band also participates in Showcases and Workshops throughout the season.

Both Jazz Bands experience a rich blend of complicated Jazz pieces. There is also the opportunity for smaller Ensembles to show off their skills at our Jazz Cabaret in Spring.
