ORCHESTRA SCHEDULE - 5/5-5/10

Hi guys,

It's concert week! All I require from every one of you is attentiveness to the details you will be provided and obviously the best level of practice you can give on your instrument. Do those things and everything will work great!

Tuesday May 5

2:00-3:45 - Tutti sectional rehearsal with me, last touches on Bolero and rehearse Wagner and Handel

4:00-5:45 - Tutti sectional rehearsal with me, last touches on St. Pauls, Mozart, and Beethoven

6:00-7:30 - Tutti full orchestra rehearsal with me - Bolero, Beethoven and Mozart

Thursday May 7

***CLASS TIME IS REASSIGNED THIS DAY SO PLEASE READ CAREFULLY***

ALL sections are called promptly at 5:00pm. We will load instruments into the theater, then you will have time for dinner.

DOWNBEAT starts promptly at 7:00pm. Please be ready to run show order which will be provided this week.

Friday May 8

5:00 CALL TIME FOR EVERYBODY. Dinner will be provided. Please be on stage ready to play at 7:00pm.
